Tip of the Day

Be intentional about who you want to become.

Shine the spotlight on your team while applauding in the wings. Humility is the sign of a great leader.

Goals help you create an unconscious strategy to move in the right direction.

I help clients stretch their minds and go to places they’ve never been. Once they expand their surroundings, reverting back to their outdated environment is never an option.

Waiting for everything to be perfect is paralysis through analysis.

Success is inevitable when the plan aligns with your who.

I’ve never seen a more innovative message from a floater. This man has dormant potential. Anyone that creative has the ability to turn things around. I hope he does.

What’s your life been about? Personally? Professionally?

A coach is the mirror to your blind spots.

In Paul Johnson’s biography of Winston Churchill, he describes an early encounter with the Prime Minster at the age of 17 in 1946. Paul asked him what he attributed to his success. “Conservation of energy. Never stand up when you can sit down. Never sit down when you can lie down.” The Prime Minister then hopped into his limo.

Are you paralyzed with fear? That’s a good sign. Fear is good. Like self-doubt, fear is an indicator. Fear tells us what we have to do.
