What is Coaching
When we see an athlete like Dara Torres do the unthinkable at the age of 41 and make the USA Olympic swim team. How about when Denzel Washington channels a character to perfection. We’re seeing the value of coaching. We’ve never thought about having a coach for our personal and professional lives before. If a single performance or sports goal is worth using a coach to achieve, then how much more important are our own lives? Working with a coach keeps you focused on what’s important for you. How does Coaching work?
My clients are worldwide. I schedule clients calls to accommodate their time zone. End Game Business, focused on business coaching, is located in Central NY in the greater Syracuse area.
Coaching is done by telephone or Skype with sessions lasting 45 minutes. We’ll schedule 2-3 calls a month at a convenient day and time. Occasionally, a coaching engagement or project also requires face-to-face meetings or “shadow coaching” to see how you’re “showing up” in the work environment.
