When someone asks me about my background, I always start with my youth and growing up in the projects, today some would call “the hood,” of Westchester County in New York state.

Living in an impoverished neighborhood taught me lots of lessons.

From early on I realized each one of us is unique and we all have a story to tell.

I am very curious about people and see them at their very best.

Some say I’ve been coaching others all of my life. Maybe so. What I do know is that I was destined to be a part of the Coaching Profession from the very beginning.

I attended Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY and received a BS majoring in Accounting & Finance. During my senior year I became very interested and fascinated with computers and business software. So, I leveraged my knowledge of debits and credits to help entrepreneurs streamline their businesses with computerized accounting systems.

I have held numerous positions as Sales Executive, Management, Project Manager, and Trainer in the computer, software, and consulting industries for over 20 years.

I have successfully helped build a half dozen different business’s with numerous software & hardware products in multiple industries.

I have experience working with a wide range of companies large and small.

Solopreneurs, healthcare, legal, education, government, manufacturing, distribution, and international concerns to name a few.

My personal customer service experiences have been varied from Mom & Pop owners, Board of Directors, C-Level, Middle Management, Finance, HR, Engineers, and skilled folks on the Shop Floor.

I have developed an empathetic and supportive communication style focused on helping my customers achieve their goals. Although I truly enjoyed partnering with organizations and seeing them succeed, my most satisfying experiences have been the relationships I have created along the way. I am very lucky.

A big believer in continuous improvement, I decided to pursue a graduate degree at night while advancing my professional career during the day. I attended Syracuse University and earned an MBA majoring in International Business and graduated with honors. I thoroughly enjoyed the educational experience as well as the camaraderie of fellow students and faculty.

I then discovered the wonderful profession of coaching. I received my formal coaching education from Coach U which is an ICF accredited school. Interesting enough, I have more coaching education hours than both college degrees combined.

Coach University is one of the top accredited Coach Training organizations worldwide.

Today, in addition to my global coaching practice, I’m a faculty leader at Coach University. I enjoy leading discussions regarding questioning, listening, personal foundation, and business coaching conversations.

I love working with clients from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures. I’ve coached over 400 clients in a half dozen countries by phone and Skype. Most of these are entrepreneurs followed by executives, leaders, career transitioners, and mentoring coaches.

Personal stuff. I’m single. Two grown children. Five inches taller than six foot. I’m not all business. I attend yoga class several times a week, practice Transcendental Meditation twice a day, produced eight plays for community theatre, took up piano late in life, currently learning guitar, enjoy getting lost on a mountain on a 15K hike, and a decent golfer.

I’m a wanderlust at heart, currently globetrotting in SE Asia where I’m enjoying the tropic weather, island and country hopping, exploring new cultures, and scuba diving.

In regards to scuba diving I have my Open Water Padi, Advanced CMAS, and PADI Rescue Diver certifications.

I’d be honored to be your partner to help you achieve your endgame quicker. In fact, there’s nothing I’d rather be doing. Nothing.
