Take a look at your performance over the last month, quarter, year, etc. Where ever you land on the scale is a direct result of your thoughts. Change your thoughts and you’ll change your performance.

Are you paralyzed with fear? That’s a good sign. Fear is good. Like self-doubt, fear is an indicator. Fear tells us what we have to do.
