As I’ve written many times before, I’m not a believer in New Years Resolutions.
Now if resolutions is workin for ya, keep on keeping on. If not, a review of the aforementioned posts might shift you into another more productive direction.
Another idea is to write down what you’re thankful for. That’s right, gratitude.
I’m so thankful, blessed and grateful for so many things.
The moment I begin to stress about the small things in my life, I try to remind myself of what I’m most grateful for. If I’m successful in doing so my attitude changes instantly.

Experiment with this idea. Give it a try and see what happens. You might be surprised as to what you feel.
That’s a good list. I did something like that almost a decade ago where I thanked everyone who was in my life at that point. I need to write more in my gratitude journal this year; work on a proper mindset.
Thanks Mitch. Best of luck with your journal of gratitude!
