Meditation relaxes the mind. Until a few years ago I wasn’t a fan. Jerry Seinfeld practices Transcendental Meditation twice a day. He says it’s like your phone charger. TM gives him energy.
Walk to the edge. Listen Hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regrets. Appreciate your friends. Continue to learn. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is. ~ Mary Anne Radmacher >>> Consistently doing just one would be an achievement for many.
Desperation can cloud your thinking process. A coach can see what you can’t or aren’t willing to see.
